Iceland

Its been a while since I’ve posted on here and some big changes have happened! Last time I posted, we were still living in Switzerland and I wasn’t working, though I was looking for a job. Well, I found one and work took over, leaving no time to for my blog. My husband and I still continued to travel all the time, which left even less time for the blog.

Then, in April 2015 we moved to London, England! Well, obviously that was a busy time with trying to find a new job, dealing with an international move, and dealing with family illness back home in the States. We made it through and finally feel like we’ve settled into our new home in London.

Which brings me to Iceland. Iceland was our first big-ish trip after the move to London. We have always really, really wanted to visit and finally were able to do so! This was literally a dream come true! We drove the southern part of the ring road with stops at Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss waterfalls, Sólheimajökull Glacier, the black sand beach in Vik,  Skaftafell Glacier, Jökulsárlón ice lagoon, Gulfoss waterfall, and Geysir and Strokkur Geysirs.

Instead of writing about it, we made a video to show you. Its a bit long, but hopefully really gives you an idea of what Iceland was like for us.
